Keeping it safe, comfortable, and fun for your dog… always.
Because we make sure our environment is the very best for all dogs who come here – whether it’s for grooming, day play, overnight boarding, or birthday parties – we’ve set up the following policies and procedures. Please contact us if you have any questions!
reservations
No reservations are necessary for day play/day care, reservations are needed for overnight boarding. (Please see the boarding page for dogs’ eligibility for our communal overnight boarding program.)
Making a reservation one to two weeks in advance is usually enough time, except for holidays. For major holidays – such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year’s – you may need to make your reservations several months in advance. We also require a deposit, and will ask you to put a credit card on file as part of your boarding contract. (We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.)
requirements
All dogs must pass a screening to evaluate whether he/she would do well in a communal environment before we may accept a reservation for boarding or a dog into our day play program.
Also, dogs who come to Dapper Dog must be spayed or neutered, current with all shots, and on a flea protection program.
other information
If you’d like, you can download our policies/enrollment form, which includes information on our cancellation policy and other specifics regarding your dog.
